BuRatDrawingild your confidence in your creative abilities by learning some of the basic techniques that make drawing simple and fun! Book now

Local artist Caroline Misselbrook leads this four session course in drawing, giving you plenty of time to see a real improvement, try what you learn and create beautiful drawings.

People often claim that they ‘can’t draw’, or haven’t tried drawing since school, but this skill is something that is fun and natural to anyone who can make a mark on paper.  Give it a try and surprise yourself with how quickly you can progress with practice and guidance.

Don’t worry if you are a complete beginner – this will be a small and friendly group where you can learn at your own pace, with lots of encouragement from an experienced facilitator. This series of four workshops will give you an introduction to basic drawing techniques, exploring tone and texture as well as proportion and expression, with a lot of exploration and play to find your own, unique style.

Dates will be:  Wednesdays 13, 20 and 27 August 7 – 9pm
Cost: £10 per 2 hour session
The course is perfect for (total!) beginners but also suitable for those wanting to brush up their skills or play with new ways of drawing. All materials and tools are included.
